On Biden’s first day in office, January 20, 2021, Biden signed over a dozen Executive Orders –among them was the “Executive Order on Preventing and Combating Discrimination on the Basis of Gender Identity or Sexual Orientation.”

 

This executive order on “gender identity” bypasses the legislative process using top down executive authority to command the federal government to make sweeping changes that gut the sex based rights, language, and legal protections of women and girls; and violating the free speech of all Americans.

The Orwellian language used in this executive order is a deliberate and calculated misuse of language carefully crafted with the intent to confuse and disorient the public to conceal the truth. 

 

The truth is that this change to the way “sex” is interpreted in anti-descrimination law means that female people will no longer be recognized as a separate and distinct group of people from males with the capability of being protected from sex based descrimination.
